I highly recommend this car rental service to anyone. Stefanos and his wife are very friendly and reliable. A very spontaneous rental and return were no problem at all. Drop-off and pick-up were even possible directly at our accommodation and we were very satisfied with the car.

Chiediamo per noleggiare un’auto all’ultimo minuto (il giovedì sera per il venerdì mattina), hanno soddisfatto subito e in maniera disponibile la nostra richiesta. Comodissimo il ritiro e la consegna perché il garage è molto vicino al loro ufficio e quindi in centro. Economico e davvero competitivo sia il costo giornaliero dell’auto che il deposito cauzionale, e per pochissimo abbiamo aggiunto anche una assicurazione aggiuntiva. Stefanos e la moglie mostrano una cura del cliente che ormai è sempre più una rarità! 10+ ♥️

I honestly cannot recommend SafeDrive enough. Myself and my partner were looking for a car for a few days in Crete when the weather wasn’t looking the best. We decided to try out SafeDrive as it had a good rating. However, we were genuinely blown away by the service from Stefanos, his wife and his son. From the moment we met them they went above and beyond. Within minutes of finding out what we were looking for they had a car for us at an incredibly reasonable price. Stefanos took great time and care to ensure that I had a list of the most easily accessible places to park close to my hotel, all of which he sent me on watsapp, while my partner was given great tips on where to go and what to see on the island of Crete. Finally, we were escorted to the car by Stefanos’ son who was very nice. Even when we returned the car they were extremely relaxed and there was no major inspection, a great deal of trust was shown. I’ve never had too bad of an experience with a car rental company but this was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had. Please do not look any further than SafeDrive when renting a car in Chania. We hired a car for 5 days and were most impressed with the service we received from Stefan and George. They gave us... tips and hints on places to visit and pointed them out on the map. The added bonus was that they had a lock-up car park where they took the car each night so no extra worry for us trying to find parking each night. I rented a car for two days, I went to many islands in Greece but this is the worst experience I had in renting a car,... the guy is so picky it makes you feel you renting a Ferrari, where I rented a fiat panda, I hit the back bumper at one spot and he charged the credit card with 400 euros even though it was fully insured.
